Humility: In a basketball world that glorifies “look at me” behaviors like 3 point celebrations and winning the “fashion contest,” TBE is rooted in Humility. As soon as players walk in the gym, the emphasis is on US, not ME.
Integrity: In an atmosphere that celebrates winning at all costs, TBE is focused on Integrity. Who will you become as a result of the chase?
Resilience: In a basketball world where it has become normalized to find a way out at the first sign of adversity, TBE trains Resilience. Learn to fight through setbacks to pursue a goal that is bigger than yourself.
Hard Work: In an AAU world where to “grind” means to post your workouts on Instagram, TBE teaches what real Hard Work feels like. You have a far greater capacity for work than you realize.
